Autodesk® Movimento™ is a flexible solution that enables to you to deal with any type of motion capture. Generally those are divided in various subcategories with their different applications, from animation to special effects.

FACIAL MOTION CAPTURE:

Facial motion capture (or upper body to camera) is generally used to animate 3D characters, delivering lines to camera. Depending on your sector of activities Movimento will enable you to capture the level of details suited for your production from gaming to full blown post production lip sync shots.

FULL BODY MOTION CAPTURE:

Full body motion capture enable you to bring to life your 3D characters. Your characters will look completely natural as their animation is completely controlled by the movement of a real actor. ON SET MOTION CAPTURE:

On set motion capture is the process of capturing the actor’s motion while shooting him (her) on set. This is usually used for special effects shots, enabling for example to easily add tattoos, limbs and so on to the featured actor. This can involve a combination of matchmoving (i.e. computing the 3D camera path) and motion capture at the same time, if one or more of the cameras are moving.
